The “Rasht city permanent construction materials exhibition” was designed in a contest and was an attractive and compelling project for Payamyar Interior Design Company; a challenging project that multiplied the group’s incentive to take part in its design. Initially, we were presented with a very lengthy area. We therefore had to design the project’s general concept longitudinally. On the other hand, the region’s unique humidity and weather encouraged us to make the user enjoy the surrounding green areas as much as possible. We therefore moved the parking lot underground and significantly raised the building entrance. By designing a sloped and indirect path, we put the user in a space to connect with the surrounding environment and not enter the interior immediately. We utilized glass in the building facade to “frame” the beautiful surroundings to the audience and improve visual enjoyment.
What we achieved in the end was a unique minimal modern structure that met all of the user’s demands.
